most items are sent within 2 working days via 2nd class signed for Royal Mail.

 

In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, we will exchange

 

them or refund your payment if they have been purchased directly from us.

 

Please contact us as soon as possible to report receipt of faulty goods. This

 

does not affect your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation applicable from 2014, you are

 

entitled to notify us of your intent to return unused and unopened products

 

within 14 days of receiving your item. Goods must be returned within 28 days

 

from receiving your item.

 

The consumer is responsible for return costs. 

 

 

The items returned with ripped tags are not entitled to a full refund. Cosmetics

 

are exempt from right to return if opened or sampled, due to the perishable

 

and hygienic nature of the goods. If unsure whether you would like to keep the

 

goods, please do not open and sample as this invalidates your right

to refund. 

We strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some

 

other means of tracked delivery system.

 

 

Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a full refund for the cost and

 

shipping of goods will be made to your credit/debit card.

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Processing time for returns may take up to 10 working days from the time the

 

return is received.

 

Please note that only products purchased online from www.ecolook.co.uk will

 

be accepted for return; we cannot except any other exchanges.
